D-Wai Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients :

50 ml gin

15 ml pineapple juice

25 ml lemon juice

5 ml lime juice

20 ml rosemary syrup

3 chunks of pineapple

5 ml egg white

1 gr rosemary

 

How to make :

Muddle the pineapple, add all others ingredients and shake. Then finely strain over ice and garnish with dried lemon and fresh rosemary.

We brought a taste of Bondi Beach to Bali when Monty Koludrovic of the legendary Icebergs in Sydney joined us for our first Culinary Collective Lunch. Guests enjoyed a selection of Monty’s signature dishes whilst sipping delicious wines overlooking the sundrenched beach below.
