Indulge in a festive three-course menu crafted by our chefs, blending timeless holiday flavours with a coastal touch:

Pressed Turkey Terrine with Iberico capicola, pickled grapes, walnut cream, and verjuice.

Wood-Fired Pureblood Wagyu Steak – 21-day dry-aged Kiwami MB9+ Australian wagyu, served with pommes purée, truffle-scented asparagus, and juniper demi-glace.

White Christmas Tiramisu – spiced espresso, roasted pineapple, coconut mascarpone, and house-made mini mince pies.

While you unwind and savour the moment, little ones can enjoy Christmas arts & crafts and a special visit from Santa, complete with festive surprises.

A relaxed afternoon of flavour, and seaside charm awaits with a live sunset performance by Lamented Laughter.
