1. All prices are quoted in Indonesian rupiah and subject to availability.
2. Valid for events in 2026.
3. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final payment must be received in full at least 14 days prior to the event date.
4. Menus are seasonal and subject to change. KU DE TA will notify clients of any updates as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days prior the event date. Menu selections, including any dietary requests, must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior. Menus are only confirmed once booking is secured with payment. KU DE TA cannot guarantee specific dishes for menus shared before confirmation.
5. Final guest numbers must be confirmed in writing at least 7 days prior to the event date. This number will be charged regardless of any cancellations.
6. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
7. Full terms & conditions will be provided upon confirmation.
8. KU DE TA reserves the right to amend these general terms & conditions at any time. However, once a package is confirmed and paid, the agreed terms and inclusions will remain unchanged.
