Indrayana from Alila Seminyak crafted Aromatized Negroni, a unique creation for World Bartender Day. This cocktail blends East Indies Banda Fine Spice, blended aromatized vermouth, and Italian bitter liqueur. Designed for those who appreciate depth and complexity, this spiced take on a classic Negroni delivers a bold botanical base with warm spices, nutmeg, and Indonesian heritage flavors. The vermouth adds layers of herbal sweetness, dried fruit, and subtle vanilla, while the Italian bitter liqueur ties everything together with its bittersweet citrus and herbal intensity.

Arya from Syrco BASE Ubud crafted a unique cocktail called Ubad for this World Bartender Day celebration. This innovative mix combines the East Indies Archipelago, aloe vera, clove, moringa, and apple. The juniper-forward bite of East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin blends seamlessly with the refreshing smoothness of aloe vera, the warmth of clove, and the herbaceous notes of moringa. This lush, tropical bourbon-based drink layers rich flavors with a velvety texture. The jackfruit bourbon infused caramel and oak notes with tropical sweetness, while pandan whey adds a creamy texture. Nusantara Cold Brew enhances the drink with deep roasted richness and Indonesian spice, rounded out by the subtle cacao depth of chocolate bitters.

Rama from Telu Bar Four Seasons Bali created Jambu, which is named after the Javanese word for guava. This bright, fruit-forward spritz is perfect for easy sipping. The East Indies Bali Pomelo Pink Gin provides a foundation of grapefruit zest, juniper spice, floral hibiscus, and sweet-tart Bedugul strawberries. Aperol adds bittersweet orange and herbal depth, while clarified strawberry guava contributes a silky texture and tropical essence.
